Based in Swansea, we offer free delivery, installation and collection across South Wales and West Wales. If your venue is outside South Wales and West Wales, please get in touch before booking.

Prices depend on the backdrop and size you choose, and are shown on each product page. Delivery, installation and collection are included across South Wales and West Wales, with no extra setup charges.

Up to 24-hour hire: delivered and set up before your event, collected the next morning. Your booking covers one event day, and we agree drop-off and collection times with you after you book. There are no extra-day or same-night charges.

• Sequin shimmer walls: 4ft, 6ft, 8ft or 10ft wide, all 8ft high and height adjustable to suit your venue (about 1.2m, 1.8m, 2.4m or 3m by 2.4m).

As early as you can, especially for weddings and weekends in peak season. We can sometimes help with last-minute bookings, so get in touch to check availability.

Yes, installation and collection are included with every hire. Our team sets everything up before your event starts. We need access to the venue about an hour before your event.

Please confirm the venue's access and collection times with us, and make sure there's a safe, flat indoor space (or a covered space, such as a marquee on flat, solid ground) big enough for your backdrop, with parking close to the entrance. If you add a neon sign, we'll need a mains socket nearby.

No. You pay the full hire price online when you book, and your date is secured straight away.

If you cancel 60 or more days before your event, we refund you less a 25% admin fee; 30 to 59 days before, you get a 50% refund; under 30 days, there's no refund. No-shows, or a venue refusing us access, aren't refunded. Full details are in our cancellation and refund policy.
