We understand that plans can change and we aim to offer flexibility wherever possible. However, due to the nature of our bookings and the demand for event backdrops, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
You may cancel your booking up to 21 days before your event date by contacting us at info@v360backdrops.com, and we will cancel your booking with no further charges. Please note that the initial deposit will not be refunded, as this covers administrative costs and holds your date in our calendar. Cancellations made within 21 days of the event will incur a 20% charge of the total booking value, in addition to the non-refundable deposit. This reflects the loss of business and preparation time already committed to your booking. Refunds, where applicable, will always be issued back to the original payment method only.
