Each wall is hired for up to 24 hours (delivered and set up before your event, collected the next morning) and comes professionally installed with a sturdy frame and optional add-ons like custom signage or neon lights for a fully personalised and branded photo area!
Based in Swansea, we offer free delivery, installation and collection across South Wales and West Wales.

Sizes are width × height. In metres: 4ft is about 1.2m, 6ft about 1.8m, 7ft about 2.1m, 8ft about 2.4m and 10ft about 3m. Height adjustable to suit your venue.
How your hire works
- Choose your backdrop, size and date, and pay in full online to secure it.
- Tell us your venue and any access details (loading, parking, lifts or stairs).
- We deliver and install your backdrop before your guests arrive. We need access to the venue about an hour before your event.
- Your hire lasts up to 24 hours on your event day.
- We collect it the next morning, at a time agreed with you after booking.
Space you'll need
- Enough floor space for the width and height of your chosen backdrop.
- A safe, flat indoor space, or a covered space such as a marquee on flat, solid ground. Our backdrops aren't suitable for open-air use.
- Parking and easy access close to the venue entrance for unloading.
- A mains socket nearby if you add a neon sign.
Quality you can count on
Every backdrop is installed by our own team on a sturdy freestanding frame, and we make sure it looks right before we leave, so it looks as good in your photos as it does in the room.
- Pay in full to book. Your date is secured as soon as you pay online.
- Up to 24-hour hire: delivered and set up before your event, collected the next morning. Collection times are agreed with you after booking.
- Cancellations: 60 or more days before your event, refund less a 25% admin fee; 30 to 59 days, 50% refund; under 30 days, no refund.
- Your venue: please confirm access and timings, and a safe, flat indoor (or covered) space for the backdrop.

Backdrop hire FAQs
Sequin shimmer walls come in four sizes, all 8ft high and height adjustable to suit your venue: Small 4ft wide (about 1.2m × 2.4m), Medium 6ft (1.8m × 2.4m), Large 8ft (2.4m × 2.4m) and Extra Large 10ft (3m × 2.4m). Tinsel and foil walls come in Medium 6ft and Large 8ft wide, both 8ft high. Choose your size from the options above.
Up to 24-hour hire: delivered and set up before your event, collected the next morning. Your booking covers one event day, and we agree drop-off and collection times with you after you book. There are no extra-day or same-night charges.

Please confirm the venue's access times with us, and make sure there's a safe, flat indoor (or covered) space big enough for your backdrop. We need access about an hour before your event, with parking close to the entrance. If you add a neon sign, we'll also need a mains socket nearby.
