- Cancellations: 60 or more days before your event, refund less a 25% admin fee; 30 to 59 days, 50% refund; under 30 days, no refund.
- Your venue: please confirm access and timings, and a safe, flat indoor (or covered) space for the backdrop.

Add a Sign in Three Steps
1. Book your backdrop
Choose a shimmer, flower, feather, tinsel, foil or disco ball wall and pick your date on the backdrop page.
2. Add your neon design
Add a sign to the same booking. Neon signs are add-ons, so they share your backdrop’s date rather than having one of their own.
3. We fit it on the day
When we deliver and set up your backdrop, we fix the sign to it and plug it in, then collect both after your event.

Our neon signs are £75 add-ons to a V360 backdrop booking. Add one to your backdrop and it arrives, is set up and is collected with it.
